Ben Hart and indecentinspire

BenHart

Ben Hart is a sadistic rigger with a strong interest in community building. He enjoys combining rope and rough body play, moving his partners on the floor and in the air, stretching and contorting bodies to challenge his partners and build an intimate space together. Ben is a coorganizer of Toronto Rope Bite and NARIX.

indecentinspire is a rope switch and selfsuspender from Toronto who’s enthusiasm lies in teaching pain processing, body care and scene atmosphere. Indi is also passionate about merging rope with other art forms such as life drawing, storytelling, and photography. They’re happiest teaching beside their partners, learning a new sadistic trick or hanging upside down in a single point suspension.

Floor Play Progressions

How do we go beyond the harnesses and build interesting, creative, unique interactions with our partner? The goal of this class is to control and support bodies in motion, from the perspective of tops and bottoms together in play. Sometimes that control can be there to help prevent injury or discomfort, sometimes that control can actively cause discomfort (and how!). The control and support can come from the Rope itself, or from the physical ability of the participants.

Prerequisites: Knowledge of single column tie and some form of harness

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Type: Hands On
